Contractor Environment, Safety, and Health Program - Part 1

All contractors must have a safety program that is compliant with applicable regulations, such as OSHA and FCC. The attached is an example of the general elements of a safety program to assist contractors in developing their own programs. Each contractor is legally required to conduct their own hazard analysis and implement whatever safety procedures it determines are necessary to protect employees, equipment and the public. The specific procedures are added to the general elements to create a complete safety program.
